Product 02 · Datasets

The dataset under everything, available on its own.

Every venue, event and artist Cultivate resolves is a record with a stable ID and provenance back to its sources. Buy the files for the map you work, for a year of weekly refreshes. Before you do, see exactly what is in them: every column, and how complete each one is, for your coverage.

The data sheet

What is in the file. Exactly.

Pick the coverage you would buy. For each dataset you get the row count, when the rows were last confirmed, every column of the file, and how many rows carry each kind of information. Read from the live database, not a brochure.

  • ✓Data files. A data subscription delivers CSV files for the market region, state, US region or country you chose, from your own data account, with the record counts stated up front.
  • ✓Stable IDs. Venues, artists and events keep their ids through every refresh, and the event–artist junction ties shows to acts, so your joins hold from one version to the next.
  • ✓REST API and MCP server. Part of the Enterprise application plan, not of a data subscription: the same records as live endpoints and as tools your AI assistant can call.
  • ✓Weekly refresh, for a year. Every new version lands in your data account and you get an email when it does. Event calendars weekly; venue and artist records on a rolling schedule, plus continuous corrections.

AI & MCP

Point your assistant at every stage in America.

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or your own agent: anything that speaks MCP can query the live dataset as a tool. Ask in plain language, get an answer with the rows and sources behind it. No SDK, no lock-in, read-only by default.

Data pricing

Pay for the map you actually work.

Two choices set the price: how much of the country you need, and which datasets. Every subscription runs a year, refreshed weekly, delivered as CSV files from your data account.

    One year, weekly refreshes

Pay once for the year by card. Every weekly refresh lands in your data account for the whole term, and the subscription renews yearly unless you cancel it there.

Yours to use inside your organization

Load it into your CRM, your warehouse or a spreadsheet, and build on it. It may not be resold, redistributed, shared outside the organization, or offered as a dataset or feed to others, in whole or in part.

      Questions

      Common questions.

      What is in the datasets?

Three linked datasets: venues, events (music and the community calendar) and artists, with a junction between shows and acts. Every record has a stable ID and provenance back to its sources. The data sheet on this page lists every column of every file.

      How complete is the data?

The data sheet shows it for the exact coverage you choose: how many rows there are, when they were last confirmed, and what share carry an email, a phone, a booking contact, a website, a capacity, coordinates and so on. The figures are read from the live database, not estimated.

      Is there a sample?

Yes, free and without signing up. Each dataset has a sample file of about a hundred rows, two from every state, in the same columns as the paid file.

      How is the data delivered?

As CSV files from your data account. Every subscription includes a year of weekly refreshes: each new version appears in your account and you get an email when it does.

      How are data subscriptions priced?

By coverage and by dataset, for one year. One market region is $249 for all three datasets. One state is $389, $589 or $989 for all three depending on its size, or $189, $289 or $489 for a single dataset. A US region is $2,489 for all three and the whole country $3,989.

Can I buy just one dataset?

Yes. Venues, events and artists are each sold on their own for a state, a US region or the whole country. A single market region is sold as the set of three.

      What does the license allow?

Use inside your organization: load it into your CRM, your warehouse or a spreadsheet, and build on it. It may not be resold, redistributed, shared outside the organization or offered as a dataset or feed to others.

What is the difference between a data subscription and a console plan?

A data subscription is the files for a territory, refreshed weekly, for loading into your own systems. A console plan is the application: research, search, the Competition Grid, the Tour Planner and the CRM. Data files are not part of any console plan.

      Skip the scraping entirely.

Clean, resolved, documented entities delivered the way your stack wants them. One market region is $249 a year and the whole country is $3,989. See the data sheet first; the sample is free.
