Your AI Assistant · built in

The data has the numbers. The assistant has the words.

An AI Assistant lives on every screen of Cultivate. Ask a question in plain English and it looks the answer up in the live dataset, then acts on what you agree to: saves a lead, fills a night, drafts the pitch. Every action shows its price in AI credits before you press it, and every plan includes credits. Nothing it says is invented: the venue names, dates and counts are gathered on the server first, and the assistant writes the reading.

01 · Ask, then let it act

One assistant. Twenty-seven things it can do.

Open it from any venue, act, project or tour, or press Ctrl+K anywhere. It searches venues, acts and events, reads a venue's calendar and a night's pressure, and when you say yes it saves favorites, opens deals, adds tour stops, fills a project's nights and records your rules. Each step is 1 credit; look-ups are free. Say it out loud if you prefer: the Tour Planner's box takes voice.

    02 · Reports you keep

    Written once. Reopened free.

Each report is built from the shows on record, saved to your account and listed under Saved. Open it again on any screen, print it, add it to a project. Only a refresh spends credits again.

Act window · AI tab2 credits
    One-sheet pitch

A booking pitch for the act from its real show history: the draw, the markets and venues it has played, and the ask. Copy it, print it, or drop it in a project.

Venue window · AI tab3 credits
    Venue booking profile

What the venue actually books: who gets a yes, the patterns on its calendar, its sweet spot and how to pitch it.

Venue window · AI tab2 credits
    Act and venue fit

A 0 to 100 score for an act in a venue from genre, size, geography and activity, with the reasons and the angle to pitch.

    Outreach draft · advance email

The pitch email written from the venue's profile, the Fit and your notes; the advance email polished before you send it from your own mail.

    03 · A read on every screen

Not a chatbot in a corner. A sentence where you need one.

Short, grounded takeaways sit next to the numbers they explain. One credit each, and the data under them is free.

Why this nightOne sentence on why a night reads GRIDLOCK or OPEN, built from the shows already loaded on the Competition Grid.
Best nights to bookThe Grid's forward-looking pick of the nights to go after, with the reason for each.
Market analysis, spokenThe Command Center's read of a market, shared per market and day, read aloud once by Ada if you let it.
Momentum and priority signalsThe Home takeaway and the Console's priority signal, written from this week's data instead of a template.
Report captionsA takeaway paragraph on every infographic report, so the chart arrives with its reading.
BriefingsThe Dashboard's weekly briefing and the lead-in to the digest email: what moved, what is stale, what to do first.

    04 · Planning

Describe the tour. Get dated stops back.

The Tour Planner's assistant reads the whole brief, the act, the genre, the vehicle, the stops so far, and answers with proposals you apply in one click and can undo. Projects get a planner that does the arithmetic for free and an assistant that obeys your rules.

    Draft the tour

Dated stops in a clean arc from a sentence. Then: fill the gaps, tighten the routing, pick a venue for every show, fill the day sheets, critique the plan.

Ask for a hotel and a gas station near the Fillmore and it adds the real ones, with distances, as stops after the show.

    Tour health and fill nights

Miles and hours between dated venues, dark nights, every conflict flagged on its row, and a suggested night for every venue without one: the venue's usual weekday, a quiet night in the region, a drive you can make.

    ProjectsNo credits
    Season mix

For a venue's calendar: planned genres against what the venue books, weekdays against its usual nights, local against touring, Reach bands, and the gaps spelled out.

    Rules it remembers

Tell the assistant "no Mondays" or "keep drives under six hours" once. It records the rule on the project, and the planner and every suggestion after that obey it.

Venue Search · Ask the Data1 credit
    Plain-English search

"Listening rooms over 200 cap in Michigan that book folk on Thursdays" becomes the filters and the list, with a count and an honest answer when the data cannot say.

    05 · How credits work

Every button shows its price. Every plan includes credits.

Credits are the one currency for every AI action. A finished result is saved and reopens free; only a refresh or redraft spends again. A running meter shows what is left, and packs can be added from the Account page when a month runs hot.

    06 · Grounded by design

The model never sees a question without the data in front of it.

Facts firstBefore the assistant is asked anything, the server gathers the facts: the venue's calendar, the act's shows, the region's nights, your leads and deals. It reads from that, not from memory.
Auditable on the rowEvery number in a report comes from a record you can open. A night's pressure shows each event's own weight. A suggested night says why.
Says when it cannotA question the data cannot answer gets an honest "not in our data", not a guess. Ids are never invented; only the ones in the data or in a tool result are used.
You stay in chargeNothing is sent, booked or changed until you agree. Proposals apply in one click and undo in one click. Emails leave from your own mail.

    Questions

    Common questions.

    What does the AI cost?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits: 300 on Explorer, 800 on Professional, 2,500 on Enterprise. Each action shows its cost on the button before you press it, from 1 credit for a question or a night's explanation to 10 for a market entry report or a Tour Planner draft. Packs can be added from the Account page.

Do I pay twice to reopen a report?

No. A finished report, one-sheet, profile, Fit score or brief is saved to your account and reopens free on any screen. Only a deliberate refresh or redraft spends credits again.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the dataset, gathered on the server before the model is asked anything. The assistant writes the reading; the venue names, capacities, dates and counts come from the database and can be audited on the row. It never invents ids.

Does Cultivate send emails for me?

No. Your AI Assistant drafts the outreach and the advance email from the venue's details, the Fit score and your notes; you send it from your own mail.

Which plans include the AI tools?

Every plan. Credits differ by plan; the tools do not.
