Job 02 · Research artists and venues

Go deep on the ones that matter.

Search venues and artists in plain English, open the full dossier on any of them, and pull the booking contact when you are ready to reach out. The dashboards and reports that frame the market are one click away.

Venue Search

Ask for the venue the way you would say it.

Type the ask. Your AI Assistant turns it into a real query over real venues, and the filters fill themselves in: state, city, capacity, venue type, the genres a venue actually books, and whether there is a contact on file.

  • ✓Filters that mean something. Capacity as a number, not a guess. Genre from what the venue has booked, not what it says on its website.
  • ✓Artist Discovery too. Find acts by genre, home market, venue size and where they have played.
  • ✓Ask the Data. Count or rank venues, acts and shows by region, genre, day of week and venue size. "How many jazz acts in Illinois have a management contact" is a question, and it gets a number.

Artist Analytics

Where an act plays, who with, and what comes next.

Every artist carries its show history, its markets, its venue-size progression and the acts it shares bills with. Preview the music without leaving the page.

  • ✓The dossier. Genre, home market, states played, top venues, recent shows, socials and streaming links, all counted server-side so it loads in a blink.
  • ✓Touring acts included. Tens of thousands of acts derived from real event listings, not just the ones with a press kit.
  • ✓A pitch on demand. Ask your AI Assistant for a booking one-sheet and it writes one from the act's own history.

Contacts and the pipeline

The contact to close, and a place to run the conversation.

Questions

Common questions.

How many venues and artists are in Cultivate?

About 80,000 venues that book live music and 63,000 artists, across all 50 states and DC, refreshed weekly.

Do venues include booking contacts?

Yes, where a contact is published: booking emails and phones on venues, and agent, management and press contacts on artists, crawled from their own sites and checked before they are applied.

Can I search in plain English?

Yes. Type what you want, such as venues under 500 cap in Nashville that book Americana, and the filters fill themselves in.

Where does capacity come from?

From the venue’s own listings and verified sources. Where no capacity is published the venue is marked unlisted rather than guessed.
