Pick the night.Find the venue.Route the tour.

Cultivate knows the local music scene the way a booker who has lived there does: which acts are being booked, the venues they play, and the nights the calendar leaves open. It gets there by reading every venue calendar, ticketing feed and promoter post in America, refreshed weekly, and by putting an AI assistant on top that can plan a tour, size a market and draft the pitch. It is for the people who book live music: talent buyers, agents and managers, and promoters picking a date.

Four jobs, one app

Pick the night. Find the venue.
Route the tour. Fill the calendar.

Every screen serves one of four jobs, and each hands the next what it needs: a date, a shortlist, a contact, a routed tour, a filled calendar. Start with the one you have to finish by Friday.

Leave with a date. Every night in a market scored 0 to 100 from what is really competing, the map of the night you click, and one sentence on why.

01

Pick the best night

Every night has a number.

The Competition Grid scores every night in a market from 0 to 100, so you know exactly what you are booking against before you commit a date. The job most people start with: one show, one market, the right night.

  • ✓Night Pressure, a 0 to 100 read of how crowded a night is. Every music and community event is weighed by real draw. One arena show counts. A dozen open mics do not.
  • ✓Calendar and map together. A colour-coded month, then a map of everything competing on the night you click.
  • ✓Your AI Assistant explains the verdict. One sentence on why a night reads GRIDLOCK (the top of the scale) or OPEN (the bottom), plus the best nights to book in the weeks ahead. A night too far out to be announced yet says so instead of reading as quiet.
You leave with

A date you can defend to the act, the agent and the venue.

Research artists and venues

Know every venue and act before you call.

Search venues and artists in plain English, open the full dossier on any of them, and pull the booking contact when you are ready to reach out. Four live dashboards and nine shareable reports show where music is being booked, scoped to the nation, a state or a region.

  • ✓Search that understands the ask. "Venues under 500 cap in Nashville that book Americana" is a query, not a wish.
  • ✓The full dossier. Overview, analytics, calendar, booking, photos and Census demographics for every venue. Show history, markets and venue-size progression for every act.
  • ✓Four dashboards and thirteen reports. The market read behind every job: who books what, where, and who is climbing, as pages you can send rather than queries you have to run.
  • ✓The contact to close. Booking emails and phones for venues. Agent, management and press contacts for artists. And a booking CRM to work them: a deal for every pitch, with stages, tasks and AI-drafted outreach.

Plan and run the tour

Route the tour. Book the venues. Advance every night.

Turn the venues you booked into a routed, dated, advanced tour, with a Tour Book for management and a day sheet on every crew member's phone.

  • ✓Real routing. Drive miles and hours on every leg, with flags for long drives, backtracks, gap nights and time-zone changes.
  • ✓Market intel on every stop. Venues ranked by how much of your genre they book, best weeknights per city, Night Pressure and weather.
  • ✓Everything after the handshake. Advance checklist and email, budget, crew, day sheets sent at 6 PM the night before, and share links per audience.

04

Book the venue's calendar

Fill the calendar. Nothing goes quiet.

For the venue, the job is the calendar: the open nights ahead, the acts that fit them, and every pitch followed through to the night it plays. Cultivate reads your venue against the whole market and keeps the booking moving.

  • ✓Your venue against the market. The Open Night Radar (an act with a show on the 14th and the 16th has the 15th open) reads every act's shows on record and lists the ones routing past your venue with an open night between two dates. The Music Market reads your region: open nights, the genres underweighted, the most-booked acts, and a Priority Signal written from what changed this week.
  • ✓The nights worth filling. Best nights to book for the genre you want, scored by Night Pressure, with the acts routing through your region on those dates.
  • ✓A deal for every pitch. Stages from the first email to the night it plays, holds with expiry, tasks, dated notes, and AI-drafted outreach. Fourteen days of silence turns a card amber.

Your AI Assistant, where it saves a decision

Describe the tour. Your AI Assistant drafts it.

Type it or just say it. "Extend the tour by four stops after Kalamazoo and keep every drive under six hours." The architect reads the same brief you see, the stops, the drives, the flags, the market reads and the budget, and answers with stops you can add one by one or all at once.

  • ✓Talk to it. Tap the mic and speak. Azure Speech transcribes into the box, and the answer can be read back to you on the road.
  • ✓Grounded in your data. Every venue it names is a real venue from Cultivate's inventory, ranked for your genre, never a guess.
  • ✓Proposals, not edits. New stops land as dashed cards in the timeline. A proposed order or date change is applied with one click, and everything has undo.
  • ✓It argues back. Ask what is weak about the plan and it will tell you which night is soft, which leg backtracks and which stop is still undated.

The same assistant explains why a night scored GRIDLOCK, drafts the outreach for a lead, answers a question about the market in rows, writes the weekly briefing and captions every report. Every answer is grounded in the rows behind it, and every plan includes the credits.
