Questions

Short answers to the things people ask first.

How does my AI Assistant know who I am?

From the Your AI section of the Account page. Tell it what you are (agent, manager, talent buyer, promoter or artist), the acts you represent or the venues you book, your states, genres, the venue sizes and guarantees you work and how you want drafts to sound. Every AI feature reads that paragraph with its brief, so a one-sheet is written for the buyers you pitch and a draft takes your voice. One profile per account; the Owner and Admins edit it, and Forget my profile removes it.

Where do I ask how something in Cultivate works?

The ? button on any screen opens the guide, and the box at its top answers questions from the guide itself, for free: which screen does what, where a button is, what a feature costs. For questions about the market, venues, acts or shows, use Ask the Data (one credit a step).

Why does a count change when I switch tabs?

Some tabs count all shows on record and others count a window, such as the last 8 weeks and the next 12. Each panel says which underneath its title.

Why is a venue's capacity 'unlisted'?

No source has stated a number for it yet. Venues without a listed capacity are left out of size-based charts and say so.

Can I export the rows behind a chart?

Not from the console: its plans are for research, search and planning. The venue, event and artist files are sold on their own as data subscriptions on the Cultivate site, with a data sheet and a free sample.

Where do the booking contacts come from?

From the venue's and the act's own public pages, checked by a crawler and kept as a separate contacts record with its source. A contact marked via agency roster comes from the agency's own public roster page: the agent it names, or the agency's general booking address for that territory. Confirm details before outreach.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

AI buttons stop and tell you. Add a pack from the Account page, or wait for the monthly reset. Nothing else in the console is affected.

Why can't I see a screen or a deal amount?

Your role decides what you see. Viewers and Tour crew don't see deal amounts or tour guarantees. Tour crew see only the tours they've been added to. Ask the account Owner or an Admin to change your role; it takes effect within a minute.

Does Cultivate work on a phone?

Most screens have a phone version: the Music Market tabs, search, the act and venue sheets, Ask the Data, Contacts and the Dashboard. The Tour Planner, Projects and Agencies need a bigger screen; on a phone the menu says so. A tour's day sheets are built for the phone: the crew reads them there.

How do I sign in, and what if I forget my password?

Sign in from the Cultivate site with the email your plan was bought with. The welcome email after checkout carries a set-your-password link; Forgot your password on the sign-in page sends a new one, good for an hour. Teammates sign in with the email they were invited at.

Who can see my leads, deals, projects and tours?

Only the people with a seat on your account, and only what their role allows. Nothing you save, note or plan is visible to any other customer.

Where is the Data Exports screen?

Data files left the application. The venue, event and artist datasets are sold on their own as data subscriptions on the Cultivate site, with a data sheet showing how complete every column is and a free sample.

Something else? Ask the Data inside the console; it knows this guide.
