Plans and seats

Every plan runs on the same live data for all 50 states and DC and opens every research, search and planning screen. The differences are seats, team features and API access. This table is generated from the code that enforces it.

Seats

A seat is one login, and the plan owner is one of them. Explorer is a single-user plan. The owner (or an Admin) invites teammates from the Account page and gives each one a role that decides what they can see and do; see roles and permissions. On a tour, a teammate can also be made an editor, a reviewer or a viewer.

When a feature is not on your plan

The control stays visible with a lock and says which plan includes it. Nothing you built is lost by changing plan, and the plan changes from the Account page. Prices are on the pricing page.

Data files

The venue, event and artist files are not part of any plan. They are sold on their own as data subscriptions, with a data sheet showing how complete every column is and a free sample.
